Returns & Refund Policy

At Eterna Youth Glow, all sales are considered final unless they meet the conditions below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used beauty products.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact:

Include your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package:

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

If confirmed:

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Bundle sets, including the ETERNA Starter Ritual Set and ETERNA Complete Ritual Box Set. This exclusion applies to change-of-mind returns; confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by the policy above.
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However:

  • Items must remain unopened and unused
  • Customers are still responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 calendar days for processing

Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy
  • Excessive or abusive return activity may result in refusal of future orders
